1. Definitions and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the ak444 platform and its users. "Platform" refers to the ak444 website, mobile application and all associated digital services.

"User" or "Member" means any person who has registered on ak444 or is using any service on the platform. "Services" includes betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, bonus programmes and all other services covered by ak444.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Accessing the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

1.1 Scope of the Terms

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform — cricket betting, virtual casino, slots, Fortune Bingo and live casino. Where specific conditions apply to a particular section, those conditions are treated as supplementary to these main Terms, not as replacements.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old to register and use ak444 services. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. If a member provides false information to bypass this age requirement, their account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one ak444 account. Creating more than one account under the same name, the same mobile number or from the same device is not permitted. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and the bonuses and winnings from both accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number and payment method details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect information may result in withheld withdrawals or delayed account verification. To update any information, members must contact ak444 support.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

ak444 primarily serves users in Bangladesh. Using the service from areas where online gaming is legally prohibited constitutes a breach of these Terms. The user is solely responsible for the legal implications of using this service from their location.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Login passwords and OTPs should never be shared with any third party.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ak444 support immediately.
• It is advisable to use a secure network when changing your password.
• Using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, you must log out at the end of the session.

ak444 will not be liable for any loss arising from a member's own negligence. The member is personally responsible for any financial loss caused by disclosing their password to a third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ak444 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. After a successful deposit, the amount is usually credited to the account within a few minutes. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, members should contact support with the reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) that is registered to the account and is in the member's own name.

• Any active bonus wagering requirements on the account must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• For suspicious transactions, ak444 may request additional identity verification.
• Where evidence of fraud is found, withdrawals will be suspended or cancelled.
• Depositing or withdrawing through a third party is not permitted.

4.3 Payment Methods

ak444 currently processes transactions through three mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. These methods are the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A new bonus cannot be claimed before the current bonus has been fully wagered.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Where a bonus is active on a specific game, the rules of that game will apply.
• ak444 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.3 Other Promotions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical fault makes this impossible. The outcome of each bet is determined by the rules of the relevant sport or game. ak444's decision is final in all cases.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

For sports betting, match results are determined by the official announcement of the relevant governing body (such as the ICC or BPL authority). If a match or event is suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with ak444's policies. For live betting, odds may be updated automatically for bets placed with a delay.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slots are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. If a connection is lost during a game session, the result will be determined by the data saved on the server. If a technical fault is detected in any game, the bet for that round will be cancelled and refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak444 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or hacking.
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other members.
• Deliberately exploiting any security vulnerability in the platform.

ak444 reserves the right to take legal action against any such activities.

8. Data Privacy

ak444 is committed to protecting the personal data of its members. Information collected at registration is used only for providing services, verifying identity and complying with applicable regulations. Personal data is not sold or disclosed to third parties without permission.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

ak444 is committed to providing the highest quality of service, but the platform's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Transaction delays caused by the failure of a third-party payment service provider.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, cyber attacks or government intervention.
• Loss caused by user negligence or disclosure of account credentials to a third party.

If an incorrect reward is paid out in any game due to a technical fault, ak444 reserves the right to correct or cancel that reward. The maximum liability will not extend beyond the actual balance in the member's account at the time of the relevant dispute.

11. Changes to Service and Termination

11.1 Right to Amend Terms

ak444 reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. Members will be notified through their registered contact details before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Service Cancellation

ak444 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for any reason or for no reason, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms. Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting support.

11.3 Balance Settlement

Upon account closure, any real balance that is not bonus-related will be returned to the member's registered payment method, provided the account was not closed due to a breach of these Terms. Funds derived from bonuses may be forfeited in such cases.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh shall apply.
